• A valid ID proof is mandatory for all safari bookings
• Booking confirmation is subject to payment verification
• Safari permits are booked on a first-come, first-served basis

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Safari Permits: Non-refundable once booked through the official portal
• Hotel Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• Tour Packages: Cancellation charges apply based on advance notice
• No-shows: No refund for no-shows

4. Safari Guidelines

When participating in safari activities:

• Follow all instructions from your safari guide
• Maintain silence during wildlife sightings
• Do not litter inside the national park
• Wear neutral/earthy colored clothing
• Carry original ID proof at all times
• Photography is allowed, but flash is prohibited

5. Liability

Saaj Hospitality acts as an intermediary between guests and service providers (hotels, safari operators). While we strive to ensure quality services, we are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as they depend on natural factors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Saaj Hospitality and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
